BEFORE REGISTERING1. Apply for ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHER
https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-active-kids-voucher2. Measure players HEIGHT & WEIGHT
3. Take players PHOTO
HOW TO REGISTER1. DOWNLOAD the Rugby Xplorer App or follow our website link
www.stivesrugby.com.au2. Create a new login or login to an account using your email address or MyRugby ID (Login as yourself, not your child)
3. Complete your own profile BEFORE registering your child
4. Select REGISTER from the side menu. (If you are intending on volunteering kindly also register now as a volunteer or coach etc)
5. Select a linked member or create a new linked family member
6. Select club name ST IVES JUNIOR RUGBY CLUB
7. Select Role (Player etc), Type (XVs Juniors) & Duration (Season)
8. Check / Amend personal details as required. (NB. make sure the profile is PUBLIC not private; this is so that players can be allocated to teams in Xplorer)
9. UPLOAD photo image
10. Check / Amend player info such as height & weight as required
11. Add Active Kids voucher (apply at service nsw before registering)
12. Agree to terms and continue to the payment portal
13. Do it again to register another child
