Gordon Girls 7s Rugby 2019 is about to begin – and we need you !!
The Girls Rugby Sevens Competition runs out on a Saturday afternoon at various Sydney locations and is made up of four age groups – u11 u13 u15 and u17. The new u11s age group is in development and we are looking for girls to have a go. We welcome girls in every age group but would like to grow the depth of our u11 and u13 age groups particularly.
The Competition is run in three Waves. Wave 1 starts 23rd February for 7 weeks followed by a short Girls XVs season in the lead up to the XVs State Champs in June, then followed by another Sevens Wave leading up to Sevens State Champs in October.
First Wave starts Saturday 23rd February
All age groups play in the one location on a Saturday afternoon usually starting with the younger age groups from around 4pm.
Training takes place every Wednesday afternoon

Runners/Trainers only – no rugby boots/studs as field still being used for cricket until further notice.
Plenty of Water – two bottles if necessary
Mouth Guard
Will take plenty of breaks in the heat …
