Notice of Annual General Meeting
St Ives Junior Rugby Club Inc will be holding its annual general meeting at 7:30 pm on Monday November 27th at the St Ives Rugby Clubhouse, Hassall parkAll members are warmly invited to attend to collaborate and influence the future of our club. Noting all positions are OPEN for nomination each year. This is particularly important this year as we need to nominate both a new President, and Club Secretary for next year. We also have a number of other roles for which we’d love some volunteers to bring some new energy into the club.
Nibbles and drinks will be provided.
Our agenda will include submission of club reports, election of office bearers and nominations received for extended committee roles.
