A New Constitution is being proposed that seeks to set up a structure that ensures both Junior and Senior Rugby at St Ives are:
-Autonomous (financially and administratively),
-Responsible, and
-Cooperative.
The key aims of the restructure are to:
1.Secure the use of the club assets for both Senior and Junior Rugby,
2. Provide a mechanism to better manage the clubhouse asset and ensure that this asset is improved over time,
3. Allow for autonomy and simplification of the management of each Junior and Senior rugby operations, and
4. Ensure the continued partnership between the two clubs by linking sporting operations through the Hassall Park clubhouse.
Again, we encourage all eligible financial members to attend this important meeting.

-There are no proxies forms. Therefore, you must attend in person to exercise your vote.
